HitWeave uses account, generation, and payment information to provide a private songwriting workspace, process purchases, prevent abuse, and support your account.
Information we process
- Account details such as your email address and sign-in identifier.
- Song ideas, lyrics, preferences, generated task records, and private audio history.
- Payment and order metadata needed to confirm a purchase. Waffo processes checkout details; HitWeave does not store full card numbers.
- Security, browser, and service events needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failed generations.
How content is used
Your prompts and lyrics are sent to the configured music-generation provider only to complete the requested generation. The provider returns an audio URL and controls how long that URL remains available, including its stated 7-day storage window. HitWeave stores the provider URL with your private history and may use it for playback. For a small enough download, our server fetches the provider response into a private cache and serves it through HitWeave; we do not expose the provider URL as the download destination. Your private songs are not published to a public gallery or sitemap. Song metadata, prompts, lyrics, task status, saved provider URLs and private download caches remain in your account until you delete the song or account, subject to legally required records and normal service operations.
Payments and third parties
Waffo and the configured AI music providers process the parts of a request needed to deliver checkout or audio generation. We receive the order and status information needed to credit your account, handle support, and issue refunds. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of account information by contacting hi@hitweave.com. Deleting a song does not undo a completed payment or change a provider's legally required records.
Content rules
These content rules apply to every prompt, lyric, reference, generated song, uploaded file, and account action used with HitWeave.
- Do not impersonate a real artist, imitate a named person's voice, or create deceptive deepfake audio.
- Submit only lyrics, recordings, and other material you own or have permission to use.
- Do not create sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, hateful, threatening, terrorist, or graphic violent content.
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not generate spam, fraud, malware, illegal instructions, or content intended to evade safety controls.
Moderation and enforcement
Prompts and lyrics may be checked by local policy controls and configured third-party moderation before a generation is queued or charged. Blocked requests do not proceed. We may block content, remove stored results, limit an account, suspend access, or report serious violations when required by law.
Lyrics and commercial use
Bring only lyrics you own or have permission to use. Generated music may be used in your projects under the Terms, but HitWeave does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright clearance, or acceptance by a specific platform.
