Terms of Service

Clear information about how HitWeave works, how we protect your information, and what you can expect from our service.

HitWeave is an independent songwriting studio. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and the content rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits and generations

  • One production uses 3 credits and returns two independently arranged takes.
  • A successful lyric draft uses 1 credit.
  • Eligible new accounts may receive one one-time trial production. A trial is not a daily allowance.
  • One-time credit packs do not renew. Monthly and annual allowances refresh for their active billing cycle and unused subscription credits do not roll over.

Waffo checkout and subscriptions

When enabled, Waffo handles the checkout shown on the pricing page. The Waffo checkout screen displays the final price, currency, recurring or one-time billing type, and any applicable tax or receipt information before confirmation. HitWeave does not store full card numbers.

Monthly and annual plans renew according to the terms shown by Waffo. Cancel through the Waffo customer portal when available, or contact hi@hitweave.com. Access continues through the paid period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise.

Output and rights

You are responsible for the ideas, lyrics, references, and instructions you submit. You may use downloaded results in your own projects subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any restrictions from the active model or platform. We do not promise exclusive copyright, platform approval, distribution, or that an output is free of every third-party claim.

Do not request a real artist's voice, identity, or signature style. Review every result before publishing or monetizing it.

History and audio availability

Third-party generation results are delivered through provider-controlled audio URLs. The provider’s stated storage window is 7 days, and HitWeave does not define or extend that window. HitWeave stores the URL in your private history and may use it for playback. When a file is below the configured private-download limit, HitWeave fetches it server-side and delivers the download from HitWeave without redirecting you to the provider URL; oversized or unavailable files cannot be downloaded through that route. Song history records, saved URLs and any private download cache remain private until you delete the song or account, except for records we must retain by law or for legitimate service operations.

Service limits and failures

Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure. A technical generation failure is handled under the published Refund Policy; a failed request is not intended to consume credits. We may pause, limit, or change a provider to keep the service safe and reliable.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service, generated audio, and third-party checkout are provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee that every result will match your brief, be error-free, remain available, receive copyright protection, or be accepted by a platform, distributor, advertiser, or audience. You are responsible for reviewing a result and confirming that your intended use is lawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HitWeave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, a generated result, a provider outage, or a payment-provider delay. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use HitWeave. You may stop using the service or request account closure through support. We may warn you, remove content, limit generation, suspend an account, or terminate access when you breach these Terms, the content rules in the Privacy Policy, payment requirements, or applicable law, or when needed to protect users and the service.

Termination does not cancel a completed payment, erase legally required transaction records, or remove obligations that by their nature continue, including rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions. Download any permitted work you want to keep before closing an account.
